Kinesiology - 1.5 hour
New clients will receive an intake form to complete and email back prior to your appointment. We’ll commence the session with a chat about your intake form and health goals. Then get started with the kinesiology.

Kinesiology - 1.5 hour
With energy work and permission from you, I have the ability to ‘surrogate’ on your behalf, which means holding your energy for you and monitor my own muscles as stress indicators and diffusing stress as I work through my kinesiology protocols.
Similar to in person consults, you will receive an intake form to fill out prior to your session. The whole session will be hosted online via Zoom. I’ll invite your to find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lay down. I may get you to hold certain points or areas around your head and body. My clients have found online kinesiology just as powerful as in person.

Teens - 17 & under

For teenagers 13-17 years, I offer 1 hour sessions. New clients will receive an intake form to complete and email back prior to your appointment. We’ll commence the session with a chat about your intake form and health goals. Then get started with the kinesiology.
I do request all children attend their Kinesiology Sessions supervised by a parent/guardian. For children aged 16 years and over who request some privacy, the parent/guardian can sit in the waiting room during the appointment.

Kids - 12 & under

For kids 12 years and under, I offer shorter sessions. I use both muscle testing and ‘surrogacy’ muscle testing for young children and babies, where muscle testing can be a challenge.
If your child has difficulty attending the in-person sessions, we can work on them using surrogacy. The parent will attend the session alone and be the body surrogate for their child. I will request permission to work, and the parent will hold the energy of their child for the duration of the session. Energy medicine is not restricted by physical form.
All kids must be supervised by a parent/guardian.
